PRIVACY POLICY

Updated 20.3.2026

  1. OUR APPROACH TO PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY
    • We take care of the security of the personal data you provide to us during our cooperation.
    • We leave it up to you which data you entrust to us – if you decide to use our services, you can decide whether to provide us with only the minimum scope of information necessary for further processing, or whether to provide us with more detailed information so that we can render more personalized services to your satisfaction.
    • We only request data which we need to properly provide our services. We then use it only for the purposes listed below. We do not pass it on to anyone who does not have a legal ground or authorization to use it.
    • As part of our operations, we cooperate with proven partners who provide us with important services - for example technical support, data storage services, data backup etc. These partners may have access to your data, but only to the extent necessary for the provision of respective service. You can find more information below.

  2. London Crew Ltd AS THE CONTROLLER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
    • The controller is responsible for the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data - he is the person who determines for which purposes and by which means your data will be processed and protected. With the controller, you may also discuss issues related to the protection of your privacy and exercise your rights.
    • The controller of personal data collected when using the https://londoncrew.onsinch.com/  website and the OnSinch interface (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) is the London Crew ltd, Suite 35, Challenge House Business Centre 616 Mitcham Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 3AA, reg.no 07793034. 3. SCOPE AND PURPOSES OF THE DATA PROCESSING
    • The scope of your personal data that we will process depends on which of our services you decide to use and which settings you choose. Your data is processed by us in the following situations:
  1. VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
    • Providing your personal data is voluntary in the case of our services. This means that it is entirely up to you whether you entrust us with your data or not.
    • However, we must also remind you that in some cases the provision of personal data is necessary (obligatory) in order to provide a specific service or to establish cooperation. For example, we cannot conclude a contract with you if you do not provide us with the data that we, as an employer, must process. Likewise, we cannot set up and maintain a user account for you if you do not enter the necessary data during registration. The voluntary nature of provision of data lies in the fact that you can freely decide whether to use our services or whether to establish cooperation with us.
  2. LEGAL BASES FOR DATA PROCESSING
    • The processing of your personal data is lawful only if it is based on one of the legal grounds listed in the European regulation known as the GDPR. Our processing is based on the following grounds:
      • Performance of the contract
        • This applies to cases of processing of your personal data in connection with maintaining a user account in the Application, assigning work based on an employment contract or other agreement, ensuring performance of work tasks or other activities based on a contract concluded between us
      • Performance of controller’s legal obligations
        • This reason applies where the obligation to process certain personal data is directly imposed on the controller by law or other binding legal regulation - for example, the Labour Code, Employment Act, the Pension Insurance Act, the Accounting Act, etc. It applies in particular in cases where the controller muse fulfil his statutory obligations as an employer and accounting entity
      • Controller’s legitimate interests
        • Our legitimate interests include collecting data about the use of our services for the purpose of improving them, using data for the purposes of building a good reputation (for example, informing about past events, creating content, etc.) or storing data for the purposes of enforcing any claims, including those exercised by other person than us
      • Consent of the Data Subject
        • We need your consent in situations where none of the above legal bases apply. If we would like to use your data in connection with our own promotion, we need your consent. We also need your consent to send you email newsletters.
        • You can easily withdraw your consent at any time - just write to the contact email above and inform us that you are withdrawing your consent.

    • The Administrator does not transfer personal data to third countries (i.e. outside the EU), with the exception of the SMS gateway operator Twilio Inc. based in the USA, where an adequate level of personal data protection is ensured in accordance with EU Commission Implementing Decision 2023/1795 pursuant to Article 45 of the GDPR.
